HGSSA series high pressure resistant stainless steel gas filter is made of electronic grade stainless steel, specially designed for semiconductor designed for high flow rate gas filtration at high temperature and pressure. Both PFA filter and PTFE filter are available。 HGSSA filter features uniform pore size, large flux and strong dirt interception capacity, which can realize high precision and high flow rate filtration effect.
