PTFE Membrane Filter
The durability of PTFE membrane filters, chemical resistance, and ability to withstand extreme temperatures make them demonstrate superior performance and a longer lifespan, suitable for Industrial and biotechnology.
The filtration process involves the selective permeability of the PTFE membrane. As fluids pass through, the membrane discriminates against particles based on size, allowing only the desired elements to flow through. This mechanism finds extensive application in various industries, ensuring the purity of the filtered substances.
PF1/HPF1(Φ69,Φ83,Φ131 )se ries filter c artridges have stable porosity. 100% integrity tested. Hydrophobic(PF1) and hydrophilic (HPF1) PTFE membranes are both available for
liquid or gas applications.
PF1 series feature high flow rate, low pressure drop, wide chemical compatibility, long service life and high temperature resistance.
HPF1 series hydrophilic PTFE filter cartridge feature great hydrophility, low extractables and high filtration efficiency.
No prewetting requirement. Dry environment storage.
